These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pinupbet platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and all gaming activity. Please read this document carefully before using any part of our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pinupbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pinupbet website, mobile interface, and all related services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment processing functionality.
By completing the account registration process, clicking any "Accept" or "Agree" button, or by continuing to use any part of the pinupbet platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.
pinupbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated review date. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pinupbet.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on pinupbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual, acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
- You have not been previously excluded from pinupbet or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
- You are acting voluntarily and are not under duress or undue influence;
- You understand the nature of the gambling activities offered and accept the risk of financial loss;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of pinupbet or any of its affiliated technology or gaming partners.
Age Verification and KYC
pinupbet employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the age and identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your relationship with pinupbet:
- A valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID);
- A valid passport (biographical data page);
- A valid driving licence;
- A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (not older than 3 months);
- A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the mobile wallet account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) used for deposits.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pinupbet support may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawal functionality, or permanent account closure. pinupbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pinupbet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Registration Requirements
When registering for a pinupbet account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and country of residence. You must update your account details promptly in the event that any registered information changes.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. pinupbet will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any bet, deposit, or other transaction conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.
One Account Per Household
pinupbet enforces a policy of one active account per household address and per shared device. Where multiple accounts are identified originating from the same IP address or device fingerprint, pinupbet reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, which may include restricting bonuses or closing duplicate accounts.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
pinupbet supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. pinupbet does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method at any given time.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the deposit page.
- Deposits are credited to your pinupbet account balance in real time for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect.
- pinupbet does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- pinupbet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where a deposit method cannot be verified.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
- pinupbet requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated from a bonus balance. Withdrawal of a deposit balance does not require completion of bonus wagering, but any associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
- pinupbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days.
Currency
All transactions on pinupbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. pinupbet is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by the player.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
pinupbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above who are in good standing with pinupbet.
- Each bonus promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each individual promotion page.
- Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may only be wagered on games and betting markets that are explicitly listed as eligible for that particular promotion. Stakes placed on excluded games or markets will not count towards wagering requirements.
- pinupbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, any unconverted bonus balance will be removed and the player's deposit balance will be unaffected.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to third-party services.
Bonus Abuse
pinupbet employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-margin arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, coordinated abuse between connected accounts, and manipulation of game selections to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, pinupbet reserves the right to void all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, and to close the relevant account(s) without prior notice.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of pinupbet, you agree at all times to comply with these Terms and to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair and responsible use of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent activity: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction;
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the pinupbet platform, other user accounts, or backend systems;
- Software manipulation: Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by pinupbet;
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your payment provider in respect of legitimate deposits to pinupbet. Any chargeback dispute will be investigated and may result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action;
- Money laundering: Using pinupbet for the purpose of laundering funds derived from unlawful activity. pinupbet cooperates with relevant authorities in respect of suspicious transaction reporting obligations;
- Match fixing and collusion: Placing bets in connection with any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of a sporting event, or colluding with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in casino games;
- Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language towards pinupbet staff or other platform users via any communication channel;
- Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the pinupbet platform without prior written authorisation.
pinupbet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may close your pinupbet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@pinupbet. Upon receipt of your closure request, pinupbet will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance (subject to completed wagering requirements and KYC verification) and deactivate your account within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding bonus balance will be removed upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to restrict their access to the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated, all marketing communications will be suspended, and you will not be permitted to create a new account. Self-exclusion requests should be made via the account settings panel or by contacting support directly.
Closure by pinupbet
pinupbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in bonus abuse, money laundering, or match fixing;
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below);
- Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pinupbet will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from the dormant account balance until either activity resumes or the balance reaches zero. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed.
8. Limitation of Liability
pinupbet provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, pinupbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its content, including but not limited to odds, game outcomes, and live scores.
Service Interruptions
pinupbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or any other technical disruption outside of its reasonable control. Where a technical fault results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous payout, pinupbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' account balances.
Betting and Gaming Losses
By using pinupbet, you acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. pinupbet is not liable for any gambling losses you incur on the platform. It is your responsibility to gamble within your means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you. pinupbet strongly recommends that you set personal deposit limits before commencing play.
Third-Party Content
The pinupbet platform incorporates games and live streaming content supplied by third-party game studios and providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. pinupbet is not responsible for any technical errors, game malfunctions, or service interruptions attributable to these third-party providers. Disputes regarding game outcomes certified by these providers' Random Number Generator (RNG) systems will be resolved in accordance with the relevant provider's certified game rules.
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pinupbet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your pinupbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. pinupbet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
